MOBILI PASS
«The amount our clients pay for our services is fully
eligible to be reimbursed by « 1% logement », a financial
aid program administered by the French government.

have more than 10 employees to participate)

Amount of aid provided |
«1% logement» gives a maximum
aid package of 3,200 euros, reimbursing expenses esteemed reasonable.
1600 euros of this amount is given to reimburse standard expenses and
the other 1600 euros is a supplementary amount given if the company in
question decides to request it and if the request falls in line with «
1% logement »'s reimbursement regulations.

Expenses covered |
Expenses related to moving:
-6 months rent and all charges related to renting strictly in the case
where the renter is forced to pay rent on two residences
- At the residence where the employee is moving from: fees for assisting
the renting and/or selling of the employee's former property, fees and
remuneration for any legal work required, fees for administrative work
on the mortgage, penalty fees anticipated for the reimbursement of any
home-buyer's loans, interest fees for the transfer of loans.
- At the new residence: fees for finding the necessary housing accommodations,
fees for the assistance of moving in, fees and remuneration for any legal
work required, any agency fees, fees for compiling the financial documents
required to acquire a new home, fees for the administration of any necessary
loans.

Conditions |
- In order for the employee to be eligible
for aid, there must be at least 44 miles (70 kms) between their old and
new residence.
- Documentation proving the change of location and/or job must be provided.
- Payments will be made only upon proof of expenditures
- In order to be reimbursed, employees have six months from either the
date they were hired or from the date that their company moved them to
submit the appropriate paperwork
- Employees are allowed to receive financial aid from « 1% logement
» no more than once every two years
